Texas Cooperative Extension is part of the Texas A&M TTVN system. Scheduling a video conference with mulitple sites is done through TTVN scheduling. Here's some tips to help you.:

1. The best procedure is to follow the TTVN scheduling guidelines.

2. If you are familar with the guidelines, then you can go right to the scheduling form:

3.  If you need to schedule the conference quickly (less than 24 hours away) or have questions about scheduling or sites, please contact TTVN Video Scheduling at 979-862-2240 or ttvn-schedule@tamu.edu.

4.  After the conference has been scheduled by TTVN, a confirmation will be sent to the location coordinator at each participating site. Once the conference is scheduled you may go to the connection schedule section of this web site. This will allow you to find your conference by confirmation number, lists by date, lists by site, or your conference by name.

5.  In the event that the conference should be modified or canceled please contact TTVN Video Scheduling at 979-862-2240 or ttvn-schedule@tamu.edu. NOTE:  Be sure to include confirmation number and the dates of the conference.
