1. The first contact for support should be made through the Location Contact
if possible. In many
cases the Location Contact is not a technical support person, but is intended to make the proper
contacts and help on site as required. These folks will be aware of ongoing problems and projects.
2. ANY maintenance or changes made by EIT, TTVN or other support people MUST be relayed to the
Location Contact.
3. Where multiple names are listed under Location Contact and EIT assigned columns they are not
prioritized. They are listed because they have some knowledge and experience about the location
This procedure will help ensure better communications and reduce confusion and redundant effort.
