Effective August 1, 2006, EIT is implementing a help desk system called FogBugz.  Below is a list of email addresses you can use to direct your requests for assistance based on either the topic of concern, or the region of the state in which you are located.  This system will send you an email acknowledgement with a ticket number you can use to track the progress of your request for assistance.

In addition, you can submit requests through the online interface at http://agithelp.tamu.edu, selecting either the topic or the region from a pull down pick list.  The goal of this system is to better focus your requests for assistance to the people who can best help you, as well as allow us to assure that your requests are not ignored.
